Katmanları(layers) iyisi destekler, limitsiz geri alma (undo) filmde özelliği vardır, özel efektleri ve çok aldı gelişmiş resim araçları bulunur. oynamak Paint.NET yazılımı Washington State University bilinen tarafından hazırlanmıştır, Paint.NET indir ilk yazılış rol amacı Windows Paint yazılımına alternatif olmasıdır belki fakat program çok gelişmiş bu başrol durumu aşmıştır.
